I love sweet potato chips, and luckily they’re super easy to make at home too!
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C or gas mark 6
2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into similar sized chips/wedges – depending on the size of the potatoes, I recommend using 1-2 medium sized sweet potatoes per person
3. Place them on a baking tray, then spray with FryLight and sprinkle with a little paprika
4. Cook for about 45 minutes and until soft
Today we served it with Honey Glazed Gammon which went perfectly with the sweet potato chips.
