Oven-Cooked Chicken Curry

I love this recipe as it’s so simple and easy. It takes very little preparation, and then you just put it all in the oven and leave it to do all the work! The result – a tasty, creamy and mild chicken curry with zero effort.


Serves 4


  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into bitesize chunks
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cans of Campbell’s Condensed Chicken Soup
  • 4 tbsp Mayflower Curry Powder
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 chicken oxo cube


1. Preheat the oven at 200°C or gas mark 6
2. Mix all the ingredients together, then transfer to an ovenproof dish


3. Cook in the oven for 35 minutes, stirring halfway


4. Serve with rice


Tips and Ideas:

  • I love adding sliced mushrooms to this curry too, and you could add any vegetables you wanted
  • Alter the amount of curry powder used to suit your taste

  • To make it for one use: 1 chicken breast, 1/2 red onion, 1/2 can condensed chicken soup, 1 tbsp Mayflower curry powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 chicken oxo cube
